Do Strict Parents Create Picky Eaters?

That’s from a new study which followed parents and their children for five years. Demanding that little ones eat certain things, or punishing them by restricting foods, does not help. Instead, the children become even pickier. Pediatricians say you shouldn’t demand that children clean their plates or reward them with dessert. They’ll be more open when introduced to new foods earlier in life.
