City of Conway Issues Emergency Order to Benefit Local Restaurants

The city of Conway has issued an emergency order to help local restaurants. Beginning yesterday, restaurants statewide were allowed to reopen their outdoor dining and the city of Conway wanted to make sure all their restaurants could benefit from this, including those who may not have outdoor dining. They are now temporarily allowed to make modifications to their buildings exteriors without the use of a permit. This means those restaurants can now set up outdoor seating options where they couldn’t before, such as in parking lots and alleyways.
