Barefoot Bistro: Peanut Butter Pie and Homemade Peanut Butter
ANGEL’S PEANUT BUTTER PIE
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
1/4Cup Milk
1 1/3 Cups Peanut Butter
4 oz. Cool Whip
In mixer, blend together first 4 ingredients. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into Chocolate Pie Shell and freeze.
HOMEMADE PEANUT BUTTER
2 Cups Peanuts
1 TBSP Honey
Salt to taste
If it is too thick add a small amount of Vegetable Oil
Mix for 3 to 4 minutes in a food processor. Store in refrigerator.
