Shooter Charged with Murder

A man has been arrested in connection to a shooting that took place at Kingstree Rose’s Express. Forty-six year old Iva Griffin has been identified as the shooter who came into the store and shot the victim multiple times on December sixth. The victim was pronounced dead on the scene. Griffin was arrested yesterday by the Williamsburg County Sheriff’s Office, Horry County Sheriff’s Office, and Horry County Police Department. He has been officially charged with murder in the ongoing investigation .
