Changes Coming to Broadway at the Beach

New changes are being made at Broadway at the Beach as construction crews are demolishing multiple attractions.

The AMC Classic Broadway 16, Pavilion Park East and the building that formerly housed Magiquest have been torn down and gated off while Dragon’s Lair Fantasy Golf has been closed for renovations since the summer. Broadway at the Beach spokesperson, Jay Rodriguez, says final plans are being made for the theater area and more details will be shared in the coming months. The tourist destination will be welcoming the Alabama-based seafood restaurant, The Hangout. City records also show applications for a Key West retail and office buildings.
