Manhunt Underway for Marine Wanted for Murder

Investigators are searching high and low for fugitive and Marine, Michael Brown.

22 year old Brown is now on the run after authorities say he abandoned his post at Camp Lejeune in North Carolina and crossed over state lines to Virginia, where he is accused of murdering his mother’s boyfriend, 54 year old Rodney Brown in his home in Franklin County on Saturday.  Police in Virginia shut down all schools in the city of Roanoke yesterday…after a possible sighting.  

Police located the RV they say he was using to travel in yesterday morning, after leaving his Lincoln town car in south Carolina Wednesday night. Investigators say Brown has access to weapons besides the murder weapon. Brown is charged with second-degree murder and using a firearm in the commission of a felony. The motive in the killing is unclear.
