MYRTLE BEACH: Glenda Ducote Marlow, 45, died Monday, May 23, 2011, at Grand Strand Hospital. Funeral services will be at 3:00 P.M. Wednesday, May 25, 2011, at Carolina Funeral Home with burial in Matthews Cemetery, Lake City. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 1:00 Р3:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Glenda was born September 1, 1965, in New Orleans, Louisiana, a daughter of Michael P. Ducote and Virginia Parrott Ducote. She was a graduate of Abbeville High School, a homemaker, and she attended Lost Park Ministries Mission of Myrtle Beach. Glenda was a loving mother, daughter and sister and will be dearly missed by her family. Surviving are: Two daughters, Ginger Rude and her husband, Chad of Scranton and Annie Porter and her fianc̩, Andy Thomas of Abbeville; son, Cliff Porter of Abbeville; her PaPa, Freddie Ayers of Abbeville; sister, Mary Ann Crumbley and her husband, Mike of Lake City; her mother, Virginia Parrott Ducote of Abbeville and her father, Michael P. Ducote of Louisiana. She was preceded in death by her aunt, Patsy Ayers.
