(October 31, 1946 – May 19, 2011) Mullins- William F. Collins, 64, died Thursday, May 19, 2011 at Marion Regional Hospital. He was born in Marion County, a son of the late Clyde and Marie Treadway Collins. He was the owner of Swamp Fox Insulation in Mullins and a member of Mullins-Marion Freewill Baptist Church. Mr. Collins was predeceased in addition to his parents by his wife, Ann Prince Collins and one brother, Gary Collins. He is survived by one daughter, Donna (Gary) Gasque of Mullins; three brothers, Carol Collins of Gresham, Walter Collins of Rockwell, N.C., and Clyde Collins of Mullins; three sisters, Lottie Ruth James of Marion, Ruby Mae (Lee) Lynch of Salisbury, N.C., and Minnie Bell Sarvis of Mullins; five grandchildren, Dustin Collins, Brittany Elliott, Chad Turbeville, and Elli and Ely Gasque; and one great-grandchild, Isabella Turbeville. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. Saturday, May 21, 2011 in the sanctuary of Mullins-Marion Freewill Baptist Church. The funeral will follow at 2:00 p.m. at the church.
