Spivey, Mandy

Mandy M. Spivey, 20, of Sanford passed away at UNC Hospital at Chapel Hill April 23, 2011. She was born in Lee County, NC to Tim Spivey and Gina Stutts. In addition to her parents Ms. Spivey is survived by a sister Jennifer Spivey, a brother Cody Stutts, step-mother Tracy Spivey, fiancé Tony Smith, nephew Jordan Cabrera, and niece Skyler Cabrera. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Mandy Marshella Spivey Foundation, PO Box 1511, Sanford, NC 27331 Miller-Boles Funeral Home is assisting the family. A funeral service will be held 2pm Wednesday April 27, 2011 at Miller-Boles Funeral Home in Sanford, NC. A visitation will be held at Miller-Boles Funeral Home on Tuesday evening 7-9pm.
