Frantz, Suzanne

Little River Suzanne C. Frantz, 66, died Friday, April 15, 2011 at Grand Strand Regional Medical Center. Born on April 6, 1945 in Detroit, MI, she was the daughter of Lucille Fairgrieve Frantz and the late Joseph Henry Frantz. She had a 35 year career as an OR nurse and was awarded the Nightingale Award in Michigan in 2004. Other than her mother, Suzanne is survived by her husband, Ronald R. Lee of Little River; two sons, Jason Snyder, Eric Snyder and his wife Angela, both of Detroit; one daughter, Wendy Lafata of Detroit and 13 grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 11 am on Monday, April 18, 2011 at King of Glory Lutheran Church. The family will receive friends following the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Cancer Society, 950 48th Avenue North, Suite 101, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577.
