Duvall, Louise

Louise M. Duvall, 87, of 104 Perry Street, passed away March 31, 2011. Born in Macon County, she was the daughter of the late Samuel Jasper and Maime Higdon Murray. She was a beautician, cake decorator and a member of Cowee Baptist Church. She is survived by her son David and his wife Margaret of Aynor S.C., her grandchildren, Chris and his wife Natalie of Hanahan, S.C. and Mandy of Columbia S.C. Great grandchildren Carson and Taylor Graves of Columbia, S.C. and Jackson Garland of Hanahan S.C. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Garland Duvall who passed away in 2002, one son Larry Duvall 2007 and two sisters, Harriet M Rogers and Maime Lee Murray. Visitation will be held Tuesday, April 5, 2011 from 10:00AM to 11:00 PM, with the funeral service starting 11:00 AM at Cowee Baptist Church, with the Rev. David Powell and the Rev. Lloyd Fish officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Memorials can be made to Cowee Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, 6301 Bryson City Road, Franklin, NC 28734. Pallbearers will be Terry, Dale and Eric Duvall, Jimmy and Johnny Teem, and Bill Crawford.
