John ‘Buddy’ Harrington, 63, of Darlington passed away on Wednesday, March 30, 2011. Buddy was born in Marlboro County, South Carolina. He was the son of Susanna Jacobs Harrington and the late JK Harrington. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family and friends. Surviving including his mother of Darlington; is his son, John Edward (Victoria) Harrington, Jr. of Darlington; his daughters, Holly Renea (Tim) Teel and Samantha Diane Harrington all of Darlington; his brother, Walter Phillip (Pat) Harrington of Florence; his sisters, Avis Harrington of Darlington and Linda Sue (Randall) Suggs of Darlington; his grandchildren, Tim Lamar Teel, Jordan Lee Teel, Melody Mae Teel, Graclynn Ann Harrington and Emily Victoria Harrington; his nieces, April Yvonne Harrington, Abigail Yvette Harrington, Pamela Sue Suggs and Jessica Katlyn Harrington; his nephews, James Phillip Suggs, Ernest Lee Suggs, Walter Phillip Harrington, II, and Benjamin Jessie Harrington. The family will receive friends from 2 until 4 PM on Saturday, April 2, 2011 at Kistler Hardee Funeral Home and other times at the residence, 206 Nordell Street, Darlington.
