McCutchen, Mary Louise

Mrs. McCutchen was born in Georgetown, South Carolina. She was the daughter of the late Douglas and Mitty McAllister Cooper. Mary loved flowers, gardening and especially loved pulling weeds. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend and will be missed dearly. Surviving are her children, Larry (Brenda) McCutchen of Florence, Roger (Helen) McCutchen of Richmond Hill, Ga., Don (Debbie) McCutchen of Summerville, SC, John (Diann) McCutchen of Burgaw, NC and Jane Gay of Florence; her brothers, Junior Cooper, EJ Cooper and Hoyt Cooper; her sisters, Irene Hughes and Ann Hill; her very special granddaughter, Tina Beasley; seven grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild. Mrs. McCutchen was preceded in death by her husband, Ervin ‘Mack’ McCutchen; her brothers, Elvin Cooper, Harry Cooper and Arthur Cooper. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM Saturday, March 12, 2011 at Kistler Hardee Funeral Home and other times at the residence, 1326 Hobart Drive, Florence. Graveside funeral services for Mrs. Mary Louise McCutchen, 89, of Darlington who passed away on Wednesday, March 9, 2011 will be held Saturday, March 12, 2011 at 2 PM in Coward Pentecostal Holiness Church Cemetery, directed by Kistler Hardee Funeral Home.
