North Myrtle Beach Police Launch Online Portal For Residents

Users will be able to explore activity across the city's four districts including Cherry Grove, Ocean Drive, Crescent Beach and Windy Hill.

The North Myrtle Beach Police Department has launched a new online portal for residents.

The department partnered with Civic Informer to give residents access to an interactive map of the previous day’s calls for service. The map will update daily at 5am.

Users will be able to explore activity across the city’s four districts including Cherry Grove, Ocean Drive, Crescent Beach and Windy Hill.

Map icons will identify various calls including traffic stops, assaults, welfare checks, disorderly conduct and suspicious activity. You can select an icon for more information. Locations will be shown only to the block level, specific addresses will not be provided.

You could also use the site to report certain incidents. An officer may contact you if you submit a report if more information is needed.
