Willyard, Kathy Benton

Kathy Benton Willyard, 57, wife of Paul A. Willyard, departed this life Monday, February 21, 2011, at her residence. Mrs. Willyard was born the daughter of Roland B. Benton and Maggie Bouchette Renteria on July 20, 1953, in Williamsburg County. She leaves behind her husband; one child, Katherine J. Daniel; one grandson, Joseph P. Daniel; 3 brothers, Roger H. (Patty) Benton, Ricky (Kammy) Benton, and Richard Van (Connie) Benton; one sister Ginger B. (Roger) Gause; three nieces and two nephews. She was predeceased by her father. Memorial service will be 3:00 p.m. Saturday, February 26, 2011, in the Georgetown Chapel of McKenzie Funeral Home. Mrs. Willyard will be laid to rest at a later date. Officiating will be Rev. Ben McLaughlin. Visitation will be held prior to service, from 2:00 until 3:00 p.m. in the Georgetown Chapel. McKenzie Funeral Home is honored to serve the Benton-Willyard family.
