Branch, Ann Pearl

Ann Pearl Branch, 91, of Aberdeen, passed Wednesday February 23, 2011 at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst. Mrs. Branch was born November 14, 1919 in Roanoke, VA to the late Joseph Jayhue Ransom and Annie Goode Ransom. Mrs. Branch is survived by her son, Lakie Ray Fogle, Sr. of Robbins, NC; a brother, Herbert Otis Ransom, of Roanoke, VA; eight grandchildren, seventeen great grand-children and four great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Bernard Branch in 1982 and by her two daughters, Shirley Ann Hall and Elizabeth Ann Bonomo. Mrs. Branch was also preceded in death by fifteen brothers and sisters and one grandchild. A visitation will be held Saturday, February 26, 2011 from 4 to 6 PM with memorial service beginning at 6PM at Boles Funeral Home in Southern Pines. Burial will be private in Bethesda Cemetery at a later date.
