Funeral and memorial services for late Sen. Lindsey Graham have been announced.
Funeral services will be held on July 28 in Washington, D.C.. That ceremony will begin with an arrival at the U.S. Capitol for a recognition of his 31 years of service in Congress. That will be followed by a funeral service at the Washington National Cathedral. The service will include a tribute from President Trump.
Graham’s remains will be transported to South Carolina that evening in preparation for memorial services in the state on July 29. That ceremony will include a law enforcement presentation, an F-16 flyover from the 169th Fighter Wing on the McEntire Joint National Guard Base, and a church service. After the service, Graham’s remains will be buried during a private family ceremony in Pickens County.
