Skinner, Tommy Bruce

DARLINGTON –Tommy Bruce Skinner, Sr., age 80, passed away, Friday, February 18, 2011. Mr. Skinner was born in Bishopville, SC son of the late Tommy Bruce Skinner and the late Louise Skinner. He was married to the late Pat Parnell Skinner. He was owner-operator of Skinner‘s Grocery and enjoyed conversing with people. Surviving are his son, Tommy Bruce Skinner, Jr. and his wife, Susan, of Florence; daughter, Cheryl Moss of Everett, Washington; two grandsons: James and Trey Mace; brother, Charles Skinner and his wife, Lila, of Bishopville and a special friend, Betty Baker. Mr. Skinner was preceded in death by a brother, Swanson Skinner. Graveside funeral services will be 3:00 p.m. Sunday, February 20, in Grove Hill Cemetery directed by Belk Funeral Home.
