Florence Officials Warn Residents Of Recent Vehicle Break-Ins
Investigators are reminding residents to reduce the risk of becoming victims by locking their vehicles and removing valuables.
The Florence Police Department is urging residents to take precaution after an increase in vehicle break-ins across the city.
Multiple arrests have been made in separate investigations during the past month. Zyair Sellers, Jake Jackson and Aaron Howard along with a juvenile have been identified and charged in connection with some of the cases.
Police said warrants have also been issued for Daisean Jordan in connection with breaking into motor vehicles. Anyone with information on Jordan’s whereabouts is asked to contact Florence authorities.
Investigators are reminding residents to reduce the risk of becoming victims by locking their vehicles, removing firearms, wallets, electronics, and other valuables or keeping them out of sight.
Residents are also urged to report suspicious activity immediately.
