The American Customer Satisfaction index surveyed more than 16-thousand people about what chain restaurants had the best order accuracy, speed, food quality, menu variety, and more. Jersey Mikes has dethroned Chick-fil-A as the top rated fast-food restaurant after 11 years. Chick-fil-A was a close second, meanwhile Jimmy John’s came in third. When it comes to sit-down establishments, Texas Roadhouse and Longhorn were the favorites, along with Olive Garden.
