Husband Arrested After American Wife Disappears In The Bahamas
Brian claimed that Lynette was not wearing a life vest when she fell off the boat and was taken away by the current.
The husband of the American woman who went missing in the Bahamas has been arrested.
Lynette Hooker reportedly disappeared on Saturday while her and her husband, Brian, were taking a small vessel to their yacht near Hope Town.
Brian claimed that Lynette was not wearing a life vest when she fell off the boat and was taken away by the current. He reported that she had the key to the boat with her, which shut off the engine and he had to paddle back to shore for help.
The 58-year-old man was arrested by Bahamas police Wednesday in connection to the 56-year-old’s disappearance. He currently has not been charged with any crime and he has denied any wrongdoing. However, allegations of his potential involvement have been made by Lynette’s daughter, leading to his arrest as the investigation continues.
