Costco Recalls Pre-Made Meatloaf Meal Kit

The meals were distributed to Costco locations across 26 states including North and South Carolina.

Costco is recalling a popular pre-made meatloaf meal kit because it could be contaminated with salmonella.

The ‘Meatloaf with Mashed Yukon Potatoes and Glaze’ was flagged after an ingredient supplier raised concerns. The recall notice did not specify which ingredient was linked to the potential contamination.

The product was sold between March 2-13 with sell-by dates from March 5-16. The meals were distributed to Costco locations across 26 states including North and South Carolina.

Consumers should refrain from eating the meals and throw them out or return them to Costco for a full refund.
