One man has been arrested in connection to a Marion County nightclub killing.

The incident occurred on March 1 at Club H2O along Highway 76. Symora Reaves was shot once in the chest and did not survive the injuries she sustained.

44-year-old Germane Gilchrist has since been arrested and charged with murder, attempted murder, and two counts of possession of a weapon during a violent crime. An investigation remains underway.
