Scientists from Boston say eating two kiwis a day may help patients with digestion issues because they contain an enzyme not found in many other foods that breaks down proteins. A study in China also showed people who ate more kiwis had 13 percent less risk of colorectal cancer. Kiwis are loaded with vitamins C, E and K, and also contain antioxidants that protect against cancer, cardiovascular disease, and diabetes.
