A new survey shows bedtime procrastination is stealing hundreds of hours of sleep from Americans.

Data shows most of this comes from “revenge bedtime”, which is when we intentionally stay up late to enjoy personal time…even if it’ll impact your sleep schedule. The survey says Americans stay up late about every other night which results in losing about 332 hours of sleep per year.
