The American Heart Association, a relentless force changing the future of health for everyone, everywhere, is gearing up for its 44th annual Beach Ride, set to take place November 5-9, at Lakewood Camping Resort in Myrtle Beach. This unique, five-day equestrian event brings together riders and horses from across the nation to camp, ride, and raise critical funds and awareness in the fight against heart disease and stroke.

Participants will enjoy a full slate of activities, including a silent auction, live music, campsite decorating contest, obstacle course challenges, costume parade, karaoke and more — culminating with an unforgettable 20-mile beach ride along Myrtle Beach. Funds raised support the American Heart Association’s mission: funding groundbreaking research, educating communities, and advocating for healthier lives. With participants’ support, we’re working toward a world where fewer families are impacted by heart disease and stroke.

“This event would not be possible without the support of our participants and the Myrtle Beach community,” said Lindsay Pampani, Beach Ride development director, American Heart Association. “The hard work and dedication of riders and volunteers allow us to provide funding for critical research and education year after year. Together, we are riding toward longer, healthier lives for all.”
