Edward Luck 91 of West End, NC; passed Sunday January 9, 2011 at Manor Care Nursing Facility in Pinehurst. Mr. Luck was born January 25, 1919 in Montgomery County, NC to the late Colon and Amanda Dunn Luck. A Funeral Service will be held 1: 00PM Thursday January 13th 2011 at Boles Funeral Home in Seven Lakes with the Rev. George Ingram officiating. Burial will follow in the Ellerbe Town Cemetery. Mr. Luck is survived by his wife of sixteen years, Barbara Ritter Luck. Two sons, Wayne Luck and wife Emily of Norman, NC; and Sammy Luck of Fayetteville, NC; A daughter, Brenda Farmer and husband Terry of McDonough, GA; Two step-son‘s, Fred Ensley, Jr. of West End, NC; and Don Parsons and wife Martha of Florence, SC; Three step-daughters, Cindy Clegg and husband Mike of Seven lakes, NC; Sherry McKay and husband Johnny of Seagrove, NC; and Dixie Lee Oliver of Whispering Pines, NC A brother, Lonnie Luck and wife Mildred of West End, NC; sixteen grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, and one step great grand-child. Mr. Luck was preceded in death by two brothers, Gurney Luck, Marvin Luck, and a sister, Vernie Luck. A visitation will be held 6 to 8PM Wednesday, January 8, 2011 at Boles Funeral Home in Seven Lakes. Boles Funeral Home of Seven Lakes is serving the family.
