Dugan, Christine

Christine Sides Dugan 78 of Southern Pines passed Saturday December 25, 2010 at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst. Mrs. Dugan was born August 3, 1932 in Moore County to the late Martin Luther Sides and Susie Strother Sides. Mrs. Dugan is survived by her son Bill Croft and wife Sara of Raeford, NC; Two daughters, Susan Lawhon and husband Robert of Carthage, NC; Linda Perry and husband Steven of Dunedin, Florida; Step-daughter, Patti Embree and husband Doug of Ignaco, Colorado; Rex Croft Starr and wife Patty of Oregon; A brother, Glenn Sides and wife Cathy of Aberdeen, NC; sisters, Carolyn Ingram of Southern Pines, NC and Florence Allen of Hialeah, Florida; nine Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband in 2005 Murrell “Bud” Dugan. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Moore County Department of Aging at 8040 US Hwy 15-501 Pinehurst, NC 28374, 910-215-0900 or The St. Jude‘s Children‘s Research Hospital Memorial and Honor Program at 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105. Boles Funeral Home of Southern Pines is serving the family. A Memorial Service will be held 3PM Thursday December 30, 2010 at Boles Funeral Home Chapel in Southern Pines with Leland Strother officiating, a visitation will follow until 5PM.
