We now have an update on Travis King, the U.S. Army private who crossed into North Korea last year.

King was deployed to South Korea and was set to return home in July of last year. However, he ran into North Korea during a tour of a town near the border.

King was charged with 14 counts for an array of alleged offenses. He has agreed to plead guilty to five of those charges. He will plea on September 20 before a military judge in Texas.

After pleading guilty at a General Court-Martial to those counts, which include desertion, the Army will drop the other charges he is accused of.
