A new study is shedding light on the airports with the most and least TSA complaints. Travel company, Upgraded Points, analyzed TSA contact center complaint data ranging from 2015 to 2023 at 44 large U.S. airports. Complaints were organized by passenger volume for accurate comparisons. The study found that the top five airports with the most  complaints overall were…Newark, Palm Beach, Orlando, Southwest Florida and Cleveland International airport. airports that had the least complaints overall included…Charlotte, Dallas Fort Worth, Salt Lake City, Atlanta, and Chicago Midway.
