Reese, Sylvia Mae Helms

Sylvia Mae Helms Reese, 64, wife of Loyd W. Reese passed away peacefully on Nov. 15, 2010 at Grand Strand Regional Medical Center following an illness. Mrs. Reese was born Oct. 24, 1946 in Charlotte, NC, a daughter of the late James H. Helms and Ruby Mical Helms. She was an employee of K&W Restaurant in Murrells Inlet for 12 where she was a stock room manager. Mrs. Reese was a 1965 graduate of North Mecklenburg High School in Huntersville, NC. Surviving in addition to her husband Bill of 32 years are 3 sons, John Moore and wife Bonnie, James Moore and Joe Moore; 2 brothers, Jimmy Helms and wife Linda of Blacksburg, SC and Nolan Helms and wife Becky of Charlotte, NC; a sister, Rose Marie Oehler and husband Joe of Charlotte, NC, many grandchildren, nephews and nieces.
