Spirit Airlines Announces Major Changes To How It Sells Tickets
The first is "Go" which is the cheapest and includes one seat and a personal item. Everything else is optional.
Spirit Airlines is making major changes to it’s seating arrangement options.
The airline plans to completely transform how it sells tickets, bundling together previous add-ons like free snacks and checked bags into categories. There will be four new bundle options.
The first is “Go” which is the cheapest and includes one seat and a personal item. Everything else is optional.
The second is “Go Savvy” which adds a carry-on or checked bag and seat selection.
“Go Comfy” adds a carry-on, checked bag, seat selection in rows with the middle seat blocked out, snacks, drinks and priority boarding.
Last but not least, “Go Big” offers every amenity available, including, “Big Front Seats.” This option is the only bundle to feature priority check-in and Wifi.
The new ticket bundles go on sale starting August 16 for flights departing August 27.
