Rep. Andy Ogles Files Articles Of Impeachment Against Kamala Harris
One of the articles also claims Harris covered up President Biden's mental well-being, constituting a "breach of public trust."
Two articles of impeachment have been filed against Vice President Kamala Harris.
Tennessee Republican Rep. Andy Ogles filed the articles against Harris as she launches her presidential campaign.
The filing expands on previously introduced articles that claim she demonstrated incompetence in the execution of her duties and responsibilities in her refusal to uphold existing immigration laws. It also lists some crimes allegedly committed by immigrants in the U.S. illegally.
One of the articles also claims Harris covered up President Biden’s mental well-being, constituting a “breach of public trust.”
Ogles has also called on Harris to invoke the 25th Amendment against Biden, citing his health, an action that would make her the acting president.
The White House has not yet commented.
