Noelia Voigt To Resign From Miss USA Role Citing Mental Health

The contestant who was crowned Miss USA in November, announced she is resigning from her role.

Noelia Voigt cited her resignation is in the best interest of her mental health.

The Utah resident won the 2023 Miss USA and was the first Venezuelan-American woman to win the pageant.

A spokesperson for the organization said they support Voigt’s decision to step down from her duties. They added that the well-being of their title-holders is a top priority.
