Expert To Testify Kohberger’s Phone Was Outside Of Moscow Night Of Idaho Murders

This case has been kept under wraps due to a wide-ranging gag order which prevents anyone involved from saying anything publicly

We have an update in the Idaho murder case of Bryan Kohberger.

The 29-year-old is accused of killing four University of Idaho students in November of 2022.

It has been reported that the defense plans to offer a cell phone tower and radio frequency expert to argue that Kohberger was driving west of Moscow and south of Pullman, Washington the night of the murders.

It was said the suspect often drove out in the area to hike and run or observe the moon and stars.

The towns are nearly 10 miles apart which, if proven, would give Kohberger an alibi at the time the stabbings occurred.

More information on his location will be shared after prosecutors provide discovery evidence previously requested.

This case has been kept under wraps due to a wide-ranging gag order which prevents anyone involved from saying anything publicly, aside from what is in the public record.
