Parents Of Oxford School Shooting Each Sentenced To 10-15 Years
Ethan's parents James and Jennifer Crumbley were charged in December of 2021 with involuntary manslaughter for failing to secure the handgun he used in the shooting.
The parents of the Oxford High School shooter were sentenced Tuesday.
In November of 2021, Ethan Crumbley, armed with a 9mm semi-automatic handgun, murdered four students and injured seven people. He was sentenced to life without possibility of parole plus an additional 24 years.

After two separate trials both Jennifer and James were found guilty of the charges they faced.
Both were sentenced to 10-15 years in prison. Each will receive credit for 858 days already served.
The pair are the first parents in the U.S. to be held responsible for their roles in a shooting conducted by their child.
