Mother And Infant Daughter Die In Result Of Horry Co. Residential Fire

A mother and her infant died in an Horry County house fire.

Around 1:30am Sunday crews responded to a blaze at a home along Burroughs Road in the Aynor area.

28-year-old Christian Floyd and her one-year-old daughter Braylin McDowell died from smoke inhalation during the incident.

The fire destroyed the home and also heavily damaged a vehicle.
