Subaru Recalls Over 118,000 Vehicles
The recall covers 2020 through 2022 Outback and Legacy cars.
Subaru has issued a recall on over 118,000 vehicles.
The recall covers 2020 through 2022 Outback and Legacy cars.
Authorities say a capacitor in the sensors for the car’s occupant detection system may crack and short-circuit, which could stop the front passenger air bag from activating during an accident.
Subaru said it is aware of 23 technical reports and 253 warranty claims related to the issue.
Owners are urged to take their vehicle to a dealership which will replace the sensor on the front passenger seat.
