James Crumbley Found Guilty Of Involuntary Manslaughter

The father of Oxford High School shooter, Ethan Crumbley, has been found guilty of involuntary manslaughter.
The then 15-year-old used a Sig Sauer firearm to kill four students and injure six others along with a teacher on November 30th of 2021.
Last year, he was sentenced to life in prison without parole.
Ethan’s father, James Crumbley, had been accused of failing to safely secure the gun that was used and not seeking help for the mental distress his son was experiencing.
On Thursday, a Michigan jury found the 47-year-old guilty of four counts of involuntary manslaughter.
Just last month, Ethan’s mother Jennifer Crumbley, was also convicted for the same four charges.
The pair are the first parents in the U.S. to be charged with having criminal responsibility for a mass school shooting.
