Marion Police Search For Suspect Accused Of Firing Shots Outside Gas Station

60-year-old Gerardo Tanat is wanted for breach of peace in an aggravated nature as well as pointing and presenting a firearm.

The Marion County Sheriff’s Office obtained arrest warrants for a suspect accused of firing shots in the parking lot of a gas station.

Last Friday, 60-year-old Gerardo Tanat allegedly fired around eight shots into the air in the parking lot of Tuner’s BP station on Highway 76.

The suspect was allegedly searching for a man he previously got into a physical altercation with
