Three Resorts Along The Grand Strand Face Lawsuits Due To Alleged Bed Bugs
The complaints are similar as all alleged that guests were bitten by bed bugs during their stays, inflicting emotional, mental and physical injuries.
Three resorts on the Grand Strand have been named in separate lawsuits.
A Country Inn and Suites in Murrells Inlet, Springhill Suites in Myrtle Beach as well as the Crown Reef Resort and Water Park are each being sued in separate negligence, personal injury and unfair trade practice suits.
The complaints are similar as all alleged that guests were bitten by bed bugs during their stays, inflicting emotional, mental and physical injuries.
The hotel stays all happened between December of 2022 and January of this year.
The suits are asking for unspecified financial damages.
Representatives from the resort companies have not yet commented on the allegations.
