Road Closures To Occur During Myrtle Beach Marathon
Drivers should use US-17 Bypass to go both north and south as it is not a part of the course.
The Myrtle Beach Marathon is happening this weekend.
On Saturday, several roads will be blocked off to vehicle traffic while the race is under way.
Drivers should use US-17 Bypass to go both north and south as it is not a part of the course.
Drivers are advised to give themselves extra time for their travel throughout the day.
The following is a list of road closures and times:
• 3:30 to 11:00 a.m. – All Lanes on Robert M. Grissom Parkway, from 21st Avenue North to Mr. Joe White Avenue/10th Avenue North
• 3:30 to 7:30 a.m. – All Lanes on Robert M. Grissom Parkway, from 29th to 21st Avenues North
• 3:30 to 7:30 a.m. – All Lanes on 21st Avenue North, from Kings Street to Greens Boulevard
• 5:50 to 7:00 a.m. – All Lanes on Mr. Joe White Avenue/10th Avenue North, from Robert M. Grissom Parkway to Kings Highway
• 6:00 to 8:00 a.m. – Southbound Lanes on Kings Highway, from Mr. Joe White Avenue/10th Avenue North to Farrow Parkway
• 6:00 to 10:00 a.m. – All Lanes on Mr. Joe White Avenue/10th Avenue North, from Kings Highway to Ocean Boulevard
• 6:30 to 9:00 a.m. – All Lanes on Farrow Parkway, from Kings Highway to Meyers Avenue
• 6:30 to 9:00 a.m. – Eastbound Lane on Pampas Drive, from Mallard Lake Drive to Farrow Parkway
• 6:30 to 9:00 a.m. – All Lanes on Emmens Avenue, from Gabreski Lane to Farrow Parkway
• 6:30 to 9:00 a.m. – All Lanes on Howard Parkway, from Farrow Parkway to Reed Street

• 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. – Northbound Lane #2 on Robert M. Grissom Parkway, from Perrin’s Path to 21st Avenue North
