Second Arrest Made In Connection To Double Homicide Investigation
Both suspects have been charged with two counts of first-degree murder and felony conspiracy.
A second arrest has been made in connection to a double homicide investigation.
Last Monday, 27-year-old Lisa Locklear and 30-year-old Linnie Locklear Jr. were both shot and killed in Robeson County.
Last week, 35-year-old Jamont Smith was detained in connection to the murders.
This week, 30-year-old Daniel Hicks was also arrested in connection to the incident.
Both suspects have been charged with two counts of first-degree murder and felony conspiracy.
Each are being held without bond.
An investigation is still underway and anyone with information is urged to contact the Robeson County Sheriff’s Office.
