2026 FIFA World Cup Details Announced

The schedule will consist of 104 matches as the tournament has been expanded from 32 to 48 national teams.

Details of the 2026 FIFA World Cup have been announced.

The tournament, which is being held in the U.S., Canada and Mexico, is set to kick off in Mexico City with the opening match on June 11th.

The first match on U.S. soil will be on June 12th at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles. The finals match will also play out on in America at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey on July 19th.

Meanwhile, Canada will host its first-ever Men’s FIFA World Cup match in Toronto on June 12th.
