Horry County Schools Closed Tuesday Due To Storm

Students who are unable to participate due to power outages, loss of internet service, or other barriers will have the opportunity to complete assignments at a later date.

It was announced Monday morning that Horry County Schools will be operating on an E-Learning day on Tuesday.

Based upon current information concerning the intense storm system predicted to impact Horry County and surrounding areas Tuesday, all schools will be closed for the day. Students will complete their work via online instead.

Students who are unable to participate due to power outages, loss of internet service, or other barriers will have the opportunity to complete assignments at a later date.

All extracurricular competitions set for tomorrow will also be rescheduled.
