Apple Watch Sales to Begin Again

If you were hoping to get your hands on Apple's hottest new smartwatch...you're in luck!

An earlier U.S. International Trade Commission order prevented Apple from importing the latest models of the ‘Apple Watch’ and ‘Apple Watch Ultras’ to the United States because they violate patents registered to another company. But now, a federal appeals court has temporarily blocked that import ban, while the patent dispute winds its way through the legal system. It follows Apple’s emergency motion where the company said it could quote, “suffer irreparable harm” if the ban was kept in place. Last night, Apple announced it would immediately return to selling its top-of-the-line watches in retail stores. The full watch lineup is expected to be available online today as well and select Apple stores will soon have those watches for sale, with wider availability by the weekend.
