Crash Involving A Dump Truck Left Two People Injured

A crash involving a dump truck occurred in Horry County on Monday.

Around 1:20pm, Horry County Fire Rescue crews were called to the area of Socastee Boulevard and Brandymill Boulevard on reports of a crash with entrapment.

The two-vehicle crash blocked lanes in the area and traffic was backed up as drivers were advised to avoid the area.

Two people were transported to a hospital with injuries.

Details are limited but the South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.
