Plans For New Entertainment Venue In Myrtle Beach Move Forward

Developers will soon begin renovating the church, but an official opening date has not been set at this time.

A new entertainment venue in Myrtle Beach is getting closer to opening its doors.

On Thursday, developers of ‘ROAR’ got the final greenlight from the city of Myrtle Beach’s Community Appearance Board.

The new venue will transform the abandoned First Presbyterian Church off North Kings Street, into a 1920’s themed attraction.

‘ROAR’ will have a bar, bowling alley, and even a beer garden.

The council is hopeful there will be something for everyone to enjoy at this new establishment.
