Man Arrested In Connection To A Fatal Incident That Unfolded In September

No motive for the shooting has been revealed and an investigation is still underway.

A man is now in custody in connection to a fatal incident that unfolded last month.

On September 9th, 29-year-old Brandon Seals was shot several times on Westover Road in the Oak Grove community of Dillon County. He was transported to a hospital where he later died.

Just last week, Seals’ family offered a $3,500 reward for information on who was responsible for his death.

On Tuesday, police arrested Jonathan Vanhorn in connection to the incident. He is being held at the Dillon County Sheriff’s Department.

No motive for the shooting has been revealed and an investigation is still underway.
