Lumberton Police Search For Suspects Responsible For Fatal Drive-By Shooting

On Monday, 23-year-old Ebony Spruill died from injuries sustained during the incident. The other 23-year-old victim's condition is unknown at this time.

Lumberton police are looking for suspects involved in a drive-by shooting that resulted in the death of one person.

Sunday around 1p.m., two victims were found shot in the parking-lot of the ATEX convenience store on south Martin Luther King Drive. Both were transported to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.

On Monday, 23-year-old Ebony Spruill died from injuries sustained during the incident. The other 23-year-old victim’s condition is unknown at this time.

Police are trying to identify the occupants of a white, four-door sedan that was involved in the shooting. Anyone with information is urged to contact Lumberton authorities.
